Your Login is your email address or card number ( your login can also be obtained via the office ) and you will receive an email containing your individual PIN number. These will be sent to you this week. If, for some reason you have not received your PIN by Friday 23/12/11 please contact the Office on 023 8081 3433 , or email

Please note: Your Email address MUST be unique in this website so if you share your email address with another member you will only be able to use your Card Number to Login.

For security reasons, once you have logged in you are advised to change your PIN number, go to My Golf/Preferences and select 'Change my PIN number', your new PIN has to be a minimum of 4 numbers and cannot be easy to guess like 9999 or 1234.

When you are in 'My Golf/Preferences' please also....

  • Check your contact details and update them if necessary.
  • Decide whether you want your contact details visible on the Member's Directory (found under My Golf) which is the default, if not you can remove your details from this list by ticking the ex-directory box.
